This course provides CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) techniques using a semi-automatic external defibrillator (DAE). It is especially recommended in workplaces with large crowds or public access.
This course trains staff on how to manage fire emergencies. Duration (4, 8, or 16 hours) depends on the risk level (level 1, 2, or 3). It covers fire extinguisher use, evacuation plans, alarm procedures, and practical drills.
