In a multi-site service company with technical and administrative departments, we launched an internal empowerment program to improve cross-functional communication and strengthen collaboration in critical moments.

The project included:
  • initial sessions to gather input and identify needs;
  • workshops on assertive communication, tension management, and collaborative problem solving;
  • custom-designed team-building activities to stimulate trust, distributed leadership, and goal alignment.
Participants engaged in group exercises, role-switching simulations, and a final reflection phase that reinforced shared commitment.
