Vision
Consulting that truly listens
The vision that inspired the founding of Modum Consulting belongs to engineer Gian Luigi Venturin, founder of the company and currently a member of its Board of Directors, with a long career as a manager in major international manufacturing groups.
Throughout his career, Gian Luigi often worked with consulting firms. From these experiences, he developed a strong belief: too often, consultants focus more on showcasing their own methods than on delivering real, practical value to the client. He often refers to the story of a surgeon who says: “The operation was a complete success… unfortunately, the patient didn’t cooperate and died.”
Modum Consulting was created with a different mindset: to put listening first, to understand the true needs of each organization, and to design interventions that are gentle, non-invasive, and seamlessly integrated with the client’s existing systems—leading to measurable, shared improvement appreciated by all stakeholders.
Mission
