Each project begins with a turnaround plan co-developed with ownership, a shared roadmap, and clearly defined objectives. Success is measured by tangible results: delivery performance, quality, cost control, and internal climate.

People in action
In an Eastern European plant with 400 employees, severe issues with quality and delivery timeliness put relationships with key clients at risk. Modum deployed an interim manager with full responsibility for the plant.
The top-level management team was replaced, the mold maintenance department was reorganized and the fleet of 25 plastic injection molding machines was brought back to full efficiency.
A new benefit and retention policy was also introduced for operational staff. Within six months of implementing corrective actions, delivery timeliness exceeded 95% and turnover was cut by half.
