Our story
Modum Consulting was founded in the early 2000s by a group of Italian and Romanian managers who shared a vision: to combine their professional expertise and offer tailored support to Italian companies navigating the delicate process of relocating operations to Romania. The initial focus was on industrial, financial, and tax consultancy.
At the request of our client companies, we soon expanded our services to include interim management and professional training, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to all staff involved in production and administrative processes.
What began in the Romanian provinces of Bucharest, Timiș, and Arad gradually extended to the Italian headquarters of our client companies. This evolution highlighted a growing need: to deliver training on health and safety at work, in full compliance with Italian regulations, for employees operating across both countries.
Training, initially offered in Italian and Romanian, was soon made available in English, French, Slavic languages and Arabic, creating a true linguistic and cultural bridge to support workplace safety in international settings.
